Most of the projects you see on this website have been designed using a process of close collaboration between the homeowner and myself, Steve Anderson. Sometimes I am approached by owners who have a very clear idea of exactly what home design they want or they have architectural drawings which direct the job. But more often, owners have rough ideas which they want to discuss and work out. I am comfortable working in both capacities. In either case, ideas are often expanded upon as a job progresses, leading to interesting and unique solutions. I value this creative process as it translates to custom-building results.
